Jong is a Korean artist who recently emigrated from Buffalo to Toronto to pursue his passion for music. Starting out as a solo artist, he would soon meet his bandmates Sean Yerzy, and Jonathan and Micheal Friedman to form Peach Luffe. Jong derives inspiration from artists such as John Mayer and Mac DeMarco to help form his bedroom pop and alternative sound. Although he hasn't released an album yet, Jong spent 2019 releasing singles, Paralyzed, Driving Away, Wave and On My Side, while also releasing his debut 5-track EP Ice Cream. Jong just released his second EP Shimmer which was praised by critics and includes the singles Fairytale and Rollercoaster.
